Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation

Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation (VOM) is a healing technology that targets areas of an animal’s nervous system that are no longer communicating with each other, re-establishing nerve communication and inducing healing. VOM is similar to chiropractic care in humans, however manual manipulation of the spine is not performed. Instead, we use similar hand-held devices as seen in a chiropractic office – these instruments provide very accurate and precise motion to treat specific areas of the spine.  VOM treatments help animals recover from many types of ailments at an incredible speed. These adjustments clear the central nervous system of tensions that accumulate, both physically and energetically.  Through the use of this non-invasive procedure we have helped many dogs and cats regain mobility, improve hydration, and promote digestion. For many of our patients, VOM is often used in conjunction with laser therapy.
